CloudCode Business Email (SMTP Only) services are designed for Corporate Customers with On-Prem or Cloud Hosted Email Servers. Outgoing Emails from their Servers are sent to final recipient servers through our SMTP Servers.

Business Email (SMTP Only Services)
Ensured delivery of outgoing emails from your domain to recipient’s Inbox is complicated task. All Outgoing Emails are carefully sent through Servers with Good IP Reputation to avoid non-delivery issues to End Recipients. We use techniques including SPF, DKIMM, reputable IP’s for Outgoing Servers and Multiple Outgoing paths ensure proper delivery to recipient’s Inbox.
Multiple SMTP
We host multiple SMTP resources on AWS Cloud for Core and backup deliveries. If some email can’t be delivered to End Customer’s Email Server, It is routed through backup SMTP paths for ensured delivery.
Volume Control
We strictly control number of outgoing Emails in a specific time frame. This step is necessary to make sure, our IP’s and Customer’s domain must not be blacklisted in case of SPAM generation from Customer end. SPAM from Customer End is usually generated due to hacked/compromised Account/System etc. We make sure to minimize the damage caused due to it.
SPF/DKIM Signatures
We sign each outgoing email using DKIM Signatures. DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) is an email authentication technique that allows the receiver to check that an email was indeed sent and authorized by the owner of that domain. This is done by giving the email a digital signature. We use SPF DNS records (An SPF record identifies the mail servers and domains that are allowed to send email on behalf of your domain) for proper delivery to recipient’s server.
