broad feature set of Microsoft 365, but Normal Users don’t. We adjust both in one solution, Business Email (Hybrid).
Microsoft 365
Efficiency is so important for business. Being able to create, collaborate and communicate seamlessly makes any organisation more effective. Office 365 is Microsoft’s productivity suite with tools like Exchange Online (Your Email and Calendar), Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Power BI and more. Only Power Users are hosted on Microsoft 365.
Business Email (Standard)/Zimbra
Based on state-of-the-art Zimbra (OSE) Platform with rich set of features with top notch speed, reliability, and security, these services are offered with CloudCode ATP. Deployed on AWS Cloud Infrastucture, all normal users are hosted here.
Powerful & Cost Effective
You pay Monthly cost based on per user basis to Microsoft (Only Power Users go there). And you pay Monthly Fixed Cost for CloudCode’s Business Email (Standard), which hosts all other users on Zimbra (OSE) platform. You enjoy the power of Microsoft 365 while maintaining the overall cost low by hosting all normal users on fixed cost (Zimbra). All this is offered with excellent after Sales Support from CloudCode.
With Business Email (Hybrid), customers can cut total cost of ownership (TCO) by shifting majority of its Normal Users to Zimbra while keeping Power Users at Microsoft 365.

MX Record
MX record for the domain points to CloudCode’s ATP (Advanced Threat Protection) Systems.

CloudCode ATP
CloudCode’s ATP Service acts as First Landing Point for all Incoming Emails for our Business Email Customers. Hundreds of Tests are performed on these Emails to Mark them as SPAM or as a Legitimate Email for further delivery.

Email Routing
After Email Scanning process from CloudCode’s ATP Service, Email is finally routed to End User’s Mail Server. Destination of this email is based on where the user is currently hosted. Power User’s email goes to Microsoft 365 and Normal User’s email goes to Zimbra.

Internel Email Flow
Internal Emails flow between both platforms using Connectors. Both platforms know which users are hosted where and how to route emails between both.

Outbound Emails
Outbound Emails from Microsoft 365 goes directly to recipient. Outbound Emails from Zimbra goes through CloudCode’s SMTP Servers.
